Sony BRAVIA TVs with Google TV or Android TV pair with Rimokon like any Google TV, with typing, voice and every key. BRAVIA models with IP control can also connect with a pre-shared key you create on the TV.

What you can do from your phone
A BRAVIA with Google TV or Android TV gets everything on the Google TV page: typing with your phone's keyboard, Talk, every key, the widgets and the watch remote. Over IP control:
Arrow keys
Arrow keys with OK, Back and Home.
Volume, numbers and channels
Volume and mute, number keys, channel up and down, and settings.
Playback
Play, pause, stop, rewind and fast-forward.
Inputs and apps
Pick an input from the TV's list, and open the apps the TV reports.
Power
Turn the TV off, and on again while it's in network standby with Remote Start turned on, on models that allow power control.
How to pair a Sony BRAVIA with Google TV
Your phone and the TV need to be on the same Wi-Fi.

Find your TV
Rimokon looks for Google TV and Android TV devices on your Wi-Fi. Pick your BRAVIA from the list. - 2
Read the code on the TV
Six characters appear on the screen. - 3
Type it into your phone
Enter the six characters in Rimokon. The TV remembers your phone, so you only do this once.
How to connect a BRAVIA over IP control

Turn on IP control on the TV
On the TV, open Network → Home network setup → IP control. Turn on pre-shared key authentication and create a key. Menu names vary by model. - 2
Find or add the TV
Pick the TV in Rimokon, or add it by its address on your network; the app shows how. - 3
Enter the key
Type the same key in Rimokon.
Use IP control only on your own home Wi-Fi: this Sony protocol sends the key unencrypted over the local network.
