Google TV remote app for iPhone and Android
Rimokon turns your phone into a remote for Google TV and Android TV: TVs from Sony, Philips, TCL, Xiaomi and more, plus Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer and NVIDIA SHIELD. Type into the TV's search with your phone's keyboard, press Talk and say it, or let Ask find something and start it on the TV.

Not yet: Older Chromecasts (1st to 3rd generation and Ultra) only take casting and have no remote service, so Rimokon can't control them.

What you can do from your phone
Keys or a touchpad
Arrow keys with OK, Back and Home, or a trackpad you swipe on with its own sensitivity. Hold a key and it stays pressed, like on the TV's own remote.
Type on the TV
Type into the TV's search with your phone's keyboard instead of picking letters with arrow keys.
Talk
Press Talk and say what you're looking for.
Playback, volume and power
Play, pause, stop, skip, rewind and fast-forward, volume and mute, and a Power key.
Numbers, channels and inputs
Number keys, channel up and down, the guide, colour keys and the input key, for TVs that have them.
Apps and titles
Open apps from the TV's app library, or start a title from Ask or your lists in its app, where the app supports it.
Widgets and your watch
The home-screen and lock-screen widgets, the Control Center buttons, and the Apple Watch and Wear OS remotes all work with Google TV and Android TV.
How to pair a Google TV with Rimokon
Your phone and the TV need to be on the same Wi-Fi. You pair each TV once.

Find your TV
Open Rimokon. It looks for Google TV and Android TV devices on your Wi-Fi; pick yours from the list. - 2
Read the code on the TV
Rimokon asks the TV to show a code, and six characters appear on the screen. - 3
Type it into your phone
Enter the six characters in Rimokon. The TV remembers your phone, so you only do this once.
