Question 1

Do I need a card for the free trial?

Accepted Answer

No. Every new household gets one 30-day free trial with everything in Rimokon. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Question 2

What happens when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

If your household hasn't chosen a plan by then, the remote and the other Pro features stop working until it does. Your account, TVs, layouts and lists are kept.

Question 3

What's the difference between monthly and lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Monthly is a subscription that renews every month until you cancel, and tops up Ask every month. Lifetime is one payment with no subscription, with Ask included to start and top-ups in the app. Both include shared lists and remotes, widgets and the watch remote.

Question 4

What are founding prices?

Accepted Answer

Our first households pay a founding price, shown together with the price that applies afterwards and how many founding places are left. A monthly founding price stays for as long as that subscription continues; if it ends and you subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

Question 5

Does one plan cover my whole household?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A purchase belongs to the household, not to the person who paid. Household owners and admins can buy, and everyone in the household benefits.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

In the app. Depending on your phone and app-store country, you pay through Stripe's secure checkout or with an in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

Question 7

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel a Stripe subscription from the subscription page in the app, and an App Store or Google Play subscription in that store's subscription settings. It ends at the close of the period already paid, and your household keeps Pro until then.

Question 8

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Prices in Swedish kronor, euros and pounds include VAT. Prices in US dollars exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Question 9

Are there ads?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no ads in the remote, your lists or Ask, on any plan.
