Delete your Rimokon account
Rimokon is provided by Ikuzo AB. You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time, from the app, on the web, or by email.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
In the app
- Open Rimokon and go to Settings.
- Tap your name at the top, then Delete account.
- Check what happens to each household you are in and, if others share a household you own, pick who takes it over.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on that phone.
On the web
- Go to rimokon.ai/account and sign in with the email and password you use in the app.
- Check what happens to each household you are in and, if others share a household you own, pick who takes it over.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out everywhere. If you sign in with Google or Apple and have no password, use the app or email us instead.
By email
If neither of those works for you, email user-support@rimokon.ai from the address you signed up with and ask for your Rimokon account to be deleted. We may ask for limited information to confirm the request is yours, and we complete it within one month.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in methods, and sessions on every device.
- Your Ask chats, private lists, and settings stored for your account.
- A household only you belong to, with its TVs, remote layouts, lists, and activity.
- Your membership of shared households. A household you own that others share is handed to the member you pick and stays with them.
- Invitations to join a household that were sent to your email and not yet accepted.
Subscriptions and what is kept
A Rimokon subscription you pay for through Stripe stops renewing. On a household that is deleted it ends at once; on a household handed to someone else it ends when the period already paid for runs out. Paid time is not refunded. We cannot cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in that store, or it keeps billing.
Purchases belong to the household. If a household is deleted with your account, its lifetime purchase, AI-search packs, and TV slots are lost with it. A household handed to someone else keeps them.
If you paid through Stripe, the Stripe customer record is kept for bookkeeping, with your name and email removed from it. Payments and invoices already issued stay in Stripe as accounting records.
Records of administrative actions keep your account identifier, but not your name or email. Diagnostic logs already sent expire on their own, after about 7 days for app and server logs and about 30 days for crash reports. We may keep limited billing, security, and legal records where the law requires it, and deleted data can remain in restricted backups until they rotate out. See the Privacy Policy for details.
